It was the first hit I had on google that matched what you were after, his prices are that of “take a chance”.

Most home builders don’t tend to advertise their home address on a website just for privacy and security reasons, he’s not a proper business just a home workshop modeller...if you take a chance let us know how you get on!

Yes - I wasn't too worried, just surprised Ebay allowed him to do it. He's actually based quite near me in Southend. I'll let you know the quality.
