you can scratch build pretty much most of that...
Windshield you can make up by solding brass strips together, the wind shields are pretty simple being basically flat and square, some are a shallow V shape in the middle so you can make that in 2 sections...
Or option 2 you can just glue some matching (deck) wood together, i tend to use 3-4mm mahogany strip wood, its pretty flimsy when its just a frame but once you add the ''glass'' ( 1 or 2 mm acrylic or perspex) they go rock solid.
Seats are really easy to make just sand some block balsa to the shapes u need, paint or cover in faux leather ( most craft shops stock this)
The dash board you can make up using small port holes, and just print off some dials from 'oogle' ad print them off, cut out and glue to the glass insets of the port holes. drill holes where they port holes need to sit in the dash and glue the unit in.
