I haven't used them myself, although I plan to buy one of their kits, but I know DaveM rates them highly.

I've sent 2 sets of plans off with instructions a to what I want cutting I'll let you know how it turns out as the quote wasn't too bad. It's a 4 to 6 week lead time though as they are very busy for some reason people are staying in a lot lately!

My wooden components have finally all arrived, I rate SLEC as superb on quality, service, and design i'm marking them down slightly as they missed one piece i asked for but they made good and sent the missing piece with no quibbles.
The pieces match the plans exactly and I plan to start building ASAP. The standard of packaging is virtually bulletproof they kept the laser cut frames flat against a piece of ply which is now my building board. I've not got too much machining capacity yet especially cutting hence me using SLEC but to be honest they have saved me a lot of trouble.Laser cutting Img_2039

Good result, lots of positives with them since they re-opened and are under better management
