Carrying stowaways Empty
PostSubject: Carrying stowaways   Carrying stowaways EmptySun Jun 19, 2022 10:58 am

I'm doing a refit on the side of my Graupner Pegasus to light it up for our clubs illuminated regatta and to experiment with some ideas for the Waverley. I removed a cabin section on the foredeck and found this below the supporting woodwork . Its localised and looks dead i only hope I bought this with the boat  and not infected it here  Very Happy

It doesn't go into the decking it was glued to so it's either bugs with limited taste or it was in the sections supplied in the kit which makes me wonder what Graupner was flogging to the unsuspecting public or who was ripping off Graupner with third rate ply?
I wonder if I'll find more as I run my cables in?

That's to say the tracks of the bugs were full of dust but no deposits elsewhere it's occurred post build just how post I've no idea you wouldn't use worm marked wood in your build surely? Neutral
