Thank you for admittance to this group. I think many members already know me. Hi to them.
For other members I'm from Leeds in UK and I was a late starter in modelling but I have a few years behind me now.
I'm largely quite confident about my building and frequently experiment in construction techniques, sometimes very successful but if not most things can be recycled Laughing
I hope to help other members where possible and perhaps share some of my work moving forwards.
I have very much moved more towards scratch building and really enjoy tasks that only involve one very detailed item. Multiples really stretch my attention span but often no way around this other than stretching things out over time.

This is a shot of my current project and the mast is at least 99% scratch made. The radar itself comprises of near 30 pieces of plasticard alone and is motor driven too

This is my very first completed build. Like most people I got stalled many times along the way and started other models but I called it a day after about 18 months over 2 yrs while I was still working. I now have the luxury of not needing to work so much more modelling time available.

Pictured at Hooton Park (Ellesmere Port) last year

Thank you

My apologies for large photos. I'm used to platforms that auto reduce unless clicked. I will curb the size in future
