Intoducing myself as new forum member

Hello everone,

I'm Johan, I live near Eindhoven which is a city located in the Netherlands. I just subscribed my self onto this
model boat forum site. My interests in RC model boats is that especially I'm interested in e.g. lifeboats and
in general the ones from RNLI and KNRM.

I do have a Solent class lifeboat model, almost finished. But still in the attick I have a model boat hull
1/12 scale of a 47ft Watson lifeboat lying around. But now it would be nice to start a new project with this hull.
So, that's why I visited your forum site and decided to subscribe myself.
Coming days, I think,  I shall read a lot of your postings regarding RC model boats hints and tips etc.

ohhh, luvly jubbly………...another lifeboat enthusiast and builder...………..welcome to the clan Johan...…...and please do post some pictures of your solent…………….

is it an aerokits model or a grp moulding from Models by Design.

I have built a good few lifeboats on here and so has a good friend Mike Pendlebury......we really are geeks to be honest.....so welcome from us all and especially the lifeboat nutters on board.
