Thanks for letting me join this group.
My name is Johan van Heiningen and I'm from the Netherlands. I am already more than 35 years active in the shipmodelbuilding-hobby.
My 'lifework' until now was the built of my large-scale (1:25) modeltug Maersk Hunter with its length of 2,10 meters and weight of 120 kilograms.
For a couple of years I've had to deal with severe healthproblems, so the hobby was in some sort of 'stand-still-period'.
Luckily things went for the better, and about a year ago I started up my hobby-activities again.
In the near future I will try to post some of my model-builds.
Of course I will use this site as well to exchange idea's as well, and find lots of usefull tips.
