Hello newbie building an Aeronaut Classic Empty

Hi
I’ve got the bug and having built a Mowe fishing boat now I want to build something a bit quicker!
I’ve dabbled with most RC toys and now it’s boats.
So onto the classic the big question is the motor to fit, 1000Kv or 1500Kv or even 2200Kv
The Race 400 isn’t going to cut it!
After all I’ve got my DF65 and fishing boat for those quieter days.

I stuck a 1100kv in both my classics and it’s a blast, I recon the hill can handle up to a 1500 kv but anymore your gonna risk flipping the boat on turns, it gets sketchy as it is at 1100 on a 3s lol

Thanks for replying Roadrunner.
So the Hydra30 motor esc combo might be a good shout, how much shorter prop shaft though compared to standard 7 inch? 5 or 6 to allow for the coupling. Fine line or standard shaft??
