PostSubject: not quite a newbie   not quite a newbie EmptyWed Jun 03, 2015 12:43 pm

Morning everyone! Although I am not really a newbie on here,as I have been a member since 2012! I have not been very active, but I hope to rectify that over the coming months. Many of you will recognise me from another site, which I amongst many others Im sure, have become very disillusioned with.I shall say no more than that.
I have two main loves,in the modelling world,Lifeboats, and a certain Battleship,HMS RAMILLIES. I do not profess to be a modeller, known as I think a cheque book modeller.Yes I BUY my models.I do try to refurbish them, repaint them, alter items etc and Radio Controll them where I can.ALL my model Lifeboats are in 1/12th scale, and are all based on Cornish Lifeboats. One thing I do really enjoy doing with them,is displaying them throughout the country,at Lifeboat days and Steam Rallys etc,to raise much needed funds for the RNLI. Over the last six years I am proud to say,my wife and I have raised in the region of £10,000.00.
Well that is enough bragging from me. I hope I can be accepted as a member, and I am sure I will enjoy being on here and posting on here.
Many Thanks,
Mick F

I don't want Independence,...

I want us to be declared our own country!!

Cos then i can leave it and not bother renewing my passport!
Only thing about cornwall is its a great place to go on holiday but to live here ... Evil or Very Mad
