Sales Rules

Some rules to be followed when using the Sales section...

1. The Forum & Its Owner(s) Accept NO responsibility for sales conducted over the forum.

Anything you sell or buy you do at your own risk! you have been warned.

Complaints about sales will be ignored and this section should be treated like your local free adds... As A Pinch Of Salt!

2. Anything you sell must include photos of the items up for sale. (no photos, no add, simples!)

3. All items must have a price. (no price no add simples!)

4. You can sell anything model related. Rc boats/ cars/ trucks/ trains/ aircraft etc.
Tools etc are also acceptable, but if unsure please message a moderator or admin before posting to check.

5. All communication to do with any advert placed must take place using the PM system, outside email or by phone, bartering and offers over the open forum are not accepted and will be deleted.

6. Do not sell items that are on ebay. They will be removed. This is to avoid double sales, or fraudulent activities ( selling on eBay via their terms of service to which you are committed as it’s also an instant payment site, to taking deposits else where and not commiting leaving very few options for the buyer to retrieve any money in worse case scenarios.)

7. You must have made at least the rank of Able Seaman which is 25 contributory post to the forum and no more then 5 of them should be in the joke section to earn that rank.( this is subject to moderator or admins discretion if you are below depending on what your posting) this is primarily to stop new members joining Just to sell their stuff and using the forum as a free add service.

8. The rules are subject to amendment at any time, and will be should situations occur that the rules do not cover.
