My Seaport was bought on Ebay as a bare hull after purchase the prop shaft with prop and the Kort nozzle were offered separately.

The mini sub the Lady Jo carries was made from 2 wine flutes cut at the black lines/

The build continued.

A crane was needed to lift the Sub on & off the deck
Parts ready for assembly.

Assembled.

The leading edge of the Kort was very thick so I shaped it like an airfoil that I'd seen while researching Kort on the net.

In the test tank.

All lit up.

Second day of sailing on our lake and Lady Jo's second sail first was a failure when radio went off air because the antenna was below deck and running under the motor.
We took the Lady Jo and the Sub chaser Jo loved the relaxing feeling of Model boats so I gave her the Lady Jo. Seems I've lost my photographer She steered her for an hour before she started to slow dramatically I'll parallel two pack of 6 3Ah aa Cells to give 2hrs plus run time.
Some pic's and a vid under Jo's command.

She look low in the water she sat at waterline in test tank but under way looks low and the fenders ride in the water.
Jo was really happy with it that's what matters.
