this is how i make my own emery boards, simple but handy you can make them whatever size you want. the one shown in pictuer is 3mm x 8mm piece of wood you can use dowelling for round bits, then cut pieces of sandpaper i use hard wearing type aluminium oxide but any will do, stick on with super glue then trim of with stanley knife. they are great for using on window cut outs etc. i have them in wet and dry as well for detailed work. plus the wife uses them:lol!: lol!
